    Description: Concert: Handel :Israel in Egypt

    The Newcastle upon Tyne Bach Choir begin their 2023-24 season with a performance of Handel’s 1739 oratorio Israel in Egypt. This hugely popular work tells the story of the book of Exodus, as Moses and the Israelites flee Egypt and cross the Red Sea.
